In 2012, Hygrade acquired Summit Metal Products, a supplier of stamped and four-slide metal products to screen, window and door manufacturers as well as other industrial applications for over 50 years. Products include screen corners, screen springs,latch assemblies, keys, jamb clips, rollers, plain and pivot sash angles, sash pivot bars, mullion plates, sash and shipping clips, balance support plates, sash lock latch springs, corner shields for storm windows and cover flaps as well as an assortment of angles and brackets.

Summit produces both standard and custom parts with in-house die design and die-making facilities to meet the requirements of the ever changing industry.
